Oscar and the Wolf Releases New Track ‘On Fire’

Already tried and tested at numerous shows over the last year, ‘On Fire’ is a brand new song from Oscar and the Wolf, and their first new music since the release of last year’s Infinity LP, which is fast closing in on 25 million streams worldwide.

Speaking about ‘On Fire’, Max Colombie of Oscar and the Wolf says: “‘On Fire’ is a song which has been in the works for a while and one I hold very close to my heart. It’s a visual representation of being in a Zanzibar nightclub, when all of a sudden, a destructing fireball hits you, when one looks in your eyes. The most intense ‘coup de foudre.’ It represents summer nostalgia, musically, I wanted it to sound like Shalamar meets Roger Sanchez.”

Following an epic summer festival season playing All Points East, Pinkpop, Werchter Boutique, Arras and Pukkelpop, Oscar and The Wolf returns to the 20,000 capacity Sportpaleis in Belgium for two consecutive nights on the 26 and 27 October, and will also play their biggest Dutch show ever at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on 24 November, plus further dates through France and Germany.

‘On Fire’ is available now via Play It Again Sam.
